A new build residential development of twenty three affordable flats comprising a mixture of one, two, three and four bedrooms. The site in North London is bounded by Kilburn Grange Park to the south providing great views and generous public space for the occupants. The difficulties of construction on such a tight site had to be considered at design stage, a steel and timber frame solution was adopted.
